THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL SYNTH:
 
A bespoke, random sound generator capable of evolving atmospheres, avant-garde drones, textural pads,static noise glitches and sonorous, multi-timbral self oscillation
 
Use the three body contact touch points to evoke erratic soundscapes as the machine sends the output signal back into itself, creating ever more richer textures

master rate control - this sets the overall timbre of the output sound and oscillation frequency - from hypnotic sequencers, white noise barrages to haunting pad-like swells
feedback depth control - density of feedback, also connected to the left touch point
modulation control - used to 'reset' the soundscape barrage, introduce new noise and used in conjunction with the right contact touch point to manipulate the rhythmic sequence
